Cute little house that's actually a steakhouse. I like the dark mood lighting and interior decor a lot. We had 2-3 servers, which was great, fast, and friendly. Our server recommended the scallops and shrimp bisque. The shrimp bisque and scallops were amazing! I like that the shrimp bisque tasted homemade and had the perfect amount of thickness to it. I can't explain what was all on the scallops appetizer, but it was pretty amazing as well. We were also served some complimentary delicious bread. We got the sea bass and wagyu flat iron steak. Ironically, everything was delicious and the Wagyu steak was just okay. It was not the most tender, but the flavor was still perfect. I like that it was blackened with peppercorn. I ordered a side of truffle bone marrow butter which was fantastic, but the steak itself was good without the truffle butter also. The sea bass was fantastic. It was very buttery and tender. If I had to choose between the Wagyu flat iron and sea bas, I'd choose the sea bass. I recommend coming here and I would definitely come back next time I'm in Aspen.

Delicious food, great service and relaxing ambiance ! Second time here and the team knocked it out of the park. Bartender made my drinks top notch !

Will start off with saying this is one of the pricier dinners I've ever had, but will confirm that this place is easily top 3 steakhouses I've been to. Service, ambiance, and food were all 5-stars. Left feeling very satisfied, definitely recommend.

Super cute and small restaurant. Lively bar. Dark lighting. The filet was amazing!! It was cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth. It didn't need any sauce. Loved our server. Did a good job with recs.

I came here on a Saturday with my fiancé and the place was packed! From start to finish, this was a great experience. Let me start off by saying; this place hits the mark on every account. The restaurant itself is located in an old house that was converted into a cozy, rustic place. When you walk through the doors, you are immediately greeted by an inviting, rustic and charming decor. The restaurant has deep red hues, old pictures, and exposed brick all throughout the establishment. We started out with one of their specials, the cured ham, from Spain, paired with manchego cheese. The jamón seemed to melt in your mouth; this was a basic cheese & meat dish, done right! For our entrees, we both ordered the wagyu filet. I topped mine with the Maine lobster tail, while he topped his with the blue cheese crust and peppercorn demi glaze.for sides we ordered the sweet corn, whipped garlic potatoes and sautéed garlic spinach. MY GOODNESS, really is all I can say. Every single bite taken was cherished and enjoyed. The steak melted in our mouths and the sides were impeccable. We were well taken care of all night! I highly recommend this place.

We wanted an upscale meal in Aspen to celebrate Father's Day and Steakhouse 316 was the perfect choice. You first make a reservation via their website one month before your desired date (and secure reservation with a credit card - beware they have a 48hr cancellation policy) or try to get lucky and just show up but we reserved way in advance. Parking is just street parking. It's pay if you park close and free if you dont mind a short 2 block walk. The restaurant is very upscale but if you eat outside on their nice patio it's more low-key. Inside the restaurant the ambiance is the fine-dining dimly lit high end steakhouse. The service was attentive without being obtrusive and out beverages were always full. Everything we ordered was delicious: APPETIZERS Octopus Cafreal appetizer - outstanding! Perfectly cooked with 2 delicious sauces. Jumbo lump crab cakes - super flavorful! Branding iron onion rings - they came prettily presented in a tower and tasted good. Hard to mess up onion rings though. ENTREES 8oz filet mignon - we each ordered it cooked medium rare and it was cooked PERFECTLY We also got the blue cheese crust on top which I highly recommend since it was delicious!! SIDES Potato's Pave - this was their take on scalloped potatoes but it was our least favorite out of everything we ate tonight. It is little cubes of layered fried potatoes with béarnaise sauce on top. I wouldn't order it again... Street Corn - delicious and flavorful. DESSERT Key lime pie - very flavorful and we liked the fresh cut kiwi on top Overall we had an amazing meal and will return!
